Kronen® Aqua Parkettsiegel 670 by JAEGER is a colourless, water-dilutable sealer that has been specially developed for parquet and wooden floors. The acrylic-PU-based sealer offers excellent abrasion resistance and is very high-build, making it ideal for floors that are subject to normal to medium wear. The product is characterised by its easy application and provides long-lasting protection for floor surfaces, while preserving the natural look of the wood. Perfect for residential and commercial spaces!
Surface preparation
Sand the wood until the grit size is 120 (increasing grain), then remove the dust.
Coating system
2 – 3 x Kronen® Aqua Parkettsiegel 670 with a roller (undiluted)
Processing
Stir carefully before use. Only one coat should be applied per day to limit the swelling pressure of the water on the wood. Intermediate sanding should be carried out after each coat of the seal. During the entire processing and drying time, the material, substrate and air temperature must not fall below 15°C or exceed 30°C. The humidity should be between 30% and 70% relative humidity during the entire time. Low temperatures and high humidity will increase the drying time.
Cleaning/care
Clean with a damp cloth and a mild household cleaner. Do not use abrasives. Maintenance with suitable parquet care products increases the lifespan of the seal.
